I spent almost seven years with a dealership management software provider, working with the accounting and operations systems that dealerships and manufacturers relied on.

That work took me across Thailand, Kuwait, South Africa and Papua New Guinea. It taught me to understand how a business runs before proposing changes to its software.

I moved into blockchain because I wanted to work with startups and help turn their ideas into products.

I went on to run Labrys for multiple years. Product decisions became business commitments. What could we promise, and what would the team need to deliver it? Those questions still shape how I think about scope and roadmaps.

Today I'm Senior Product Manager at Galaxy Digital, helping establish its presence in Australia and building products for large financial institutions.

My focus is getting a first product into use quickly and finding where blockchain and AI can help. I want to understand what people need from that first release, then learn from what they actually do with it.
