Labrys built an internal AI tool that gathers product requirements through conversation, shows its understanding on a live map and prepares a proposal in Notion for the team to refine.
The product question
How do you collect enough detail for a proposal while letting someone explain the idea in their own words? The tool asks follow-up questions and can hand the conversation to a person when it reaches its limits.
My contribution, for review
Draft for review: I helped define what the discovery conversation needed to establish, how to recognise a usable answer and when a person should take over. I shaped the first release around producing a brief the team could review.
The decision worth examining
Gathering requirements and committing to a scope are different jobs. A generated proposal should make its assumptions easy to question. I would judge this workflow by how well it prepares a person to make that decision.
